Repriated Shares Sanlam

Forfeited Shares without proper correspondence from the company sanlam computer shares Dear sir madam My late dad had shares with Sanlam . We were not properly consulted or made aware before it was forfeited . According to Sanlam sed they advertised in 2020 during full blown COVID and a heavy lockdown that this was happening to the shares . Eventually after countless efforts to reach their desk we were told over a period of 3 years that's it's under managers review. Last month they emailed and said the shares are forfeited . For a late dad who thort about his families welfare a a big company like Sanlam should be most approachable and caring towards clients . My mum and my family had full blown when they advertised on newspaper . We where NOT aware of this . Pls help. M Israel
