Received Poor Service and Consultants not friendly

Received Poor Service and Consultants not friendly -Investment Number U*** I have made a deposit of R800.00 on the 25 Aug 2025.I do make the company aware there is an amount deposited on the 25 Aug 2022, The agent who called me does not sound friendly and I Received poor service from her ,which I have not taken down her name , I need to forward an email to ***, which Gave it to me wrong ,and state me case before them .Later that afternoon, I received communication from #ZA CS Private Investor that they will forward my query, Question why the Consultant can call me done that in the first place. Received a call from Uphile R200.00 In 2022 used or allocate to purchase shares. I Then transferred the R200.00 On Wednesday 27 Aug 2025.Uphile advised that I need to call on *** to place an order to purchase shares. I Have never received such an advised from , Coronation or from The Intergrated Exchange .From Coronation, I Deposited the amount of which I WANT to purchase FUNDS, Forward from of payment ,THEY SEND me a reference number on my email address and mobile number, that an agent on their division has been allocated to hand my funds and query, the follow day , I got a message via email and mobile ,funds that I Wish to allocated has been topped up ,case reference resolve and forward my statement .With EESE T/ A The Intergrated Exchange, transfer the monies into their account, no need to forward proof of payment, the following day, received message on mobile funds received and it's been allocated to my profile and I can place an order to purchase EXPN1 .Normally i received communication just after 7 am, I logged onto my profile, place my order, markets open at 9 am, 9 :01 am shares on order matched, 5 :31 pm invoice send to my Gmail account, no agent calls me or I to call to place an order, all paperless communication. I send a mail on THURSDAY 28 Aug 2025 to find out if everything is in order, I then send again an email @ 11 am, asking can any consultant call me to assist by placing an order to purchase SAB shares .#ZA CS Private Investor that they will forward my query, to Uphile to call me and assist, got only a call from her @ 13h30 pm .My purchase reference number *** ON ORDER / PENDING TILL FURTHER NOTICE
