Problem to optain Lost indemnity forn
Dear Peter.<br> I have lost certificate years ago in order to sell my Computershare from Sanlam.<br> First they said they didn`t received the payment of R288.75. Today i call them they said have received the payment on 17 June 2015 Last week and email to me. But i have received no email. I have also requested to fax the form to my email to fax number. Is now two hours and nothing. The only email response what i received was the Auto message from the Computer share 17 June 2015. The only thing what will do is to sell me share because i need that money. I also sent all the documents with reg. mail yesterday. I am not impress with this kinds of service. I hope you can help <br> <br> Best regards

Preparation of the form for the replacement of your lost share certificate began once we had received your payment on 19 June 2015. The form was finalised yesterday morning and, as advised in our telephone conversation, it was sent to you by email together with the forms for opening a custody and settlement account with our CSDP.
We must advise you that the lost scrip process is complicated and involved, but as soon as we receive the indemnity form, we will issue your share certificate as quickly as possible and have it dematerialised in order that you may sell your shares.
