Poor service Re:Cash distribution

In 2008,I(Mr Good-enough Cele,Investment no :U ********** 211) bought Sasol Inzalo shares and the administration of these shares is with Computershare.In 2014 I changed banking details from Savings account to Cheque account and communicated such with Sasol.Sasol sent the details to Computershare to have these updated but Computershare never bothered to update if the new details have been updated.On 17th September 2018,a cash distribution including return of capital and a dividend was declared.The first step was that we had to submit FICA documents(bank statement and ID copy) to verify our details before this could be finalised.These were sent and confirmed to be correct(on the email dated the 9th October 2018).The email stated that my account had been verified and that I had comp**** with all FICA requirements.However,on the 10th October 2018,another email was sent where they contradicted the first email.This was after I had asked them when is my cash distribution gonna be paid as this was supposed to be paid as early as September 2018 but we are in mid October and nothing has been confirmed regarding the payment of this distribution.My biggest concern is that the 55 shares are no longer appearing under my share profile on computershare but I don`t know where is the my money.Their call centre is so useless even with the extended hours that they have as I get transferred from one person to the other until the call gets cut but I don`t get the answer about my cash distribution.I think I have sent them over 5 emails and they seem to be sleeping as no one is providing answers to the question of when is the cash distribution gonna be paid
