Poor Service

I have been trying to sort out my share certificate since May 2024. I have payed the the admistration fee and sent proof of ownership on the 3rd June 2024. Since the 17 June 2024, we have been calling them, and the respond I get is you will get your document after 7 days and still nothing. without the certificate I cannot sell my shares. This is so frustrating because everytime you call it is a new person and you have to explain my issue 100 times.
