POOR SERVICE COMPUTERSHARE
They need 10 days to respond to anything. Sends you around in circles but nothing ever gets done. I even went to their offices in Rosebank in person to hand in all the documents they require to sell my shares. I was told two weeks. It is now 2 months. When I was there all the people waiting for consultants had same problem as me now.....WE SUBMITTED EVERYTHING THEY ASK FOR BUT NOTHING HAPPENS.
