POOR SERVICE

I changed my banking details with Computershare in June. Still waiting for my Vodacom dividends that were supposed to be paid in first week July, to my surprise Telkom shares were paid on the second week July but the Vodacom still hasn't been paid. I am calling their call center every week and get different responses. I was once told that they have been paid sometime in July and I sent my bank statement to prove that I haven't received them. The last agent I spoke to told me that they should be paid by the end of last week. COMPUTERSHARE CAN I PLEASE GET MY MONEY
