POOR SERVICE
This company is worst I've dealt with when it comes to service. I'm waiting of my funds from sale of shares and dividends which they claim was paid but I haven't received. Spoke to agent named Earl who cannot provide team leader name or put me through to them. I have sent them a statement from the bank as well but they still claim money was paid.
