Poor Quality Service, Inefficient Customer Care service
This is such a disappointing company, the efficiency of service is so poor, my call to the Dealing desk got cut after 20 minutes of being on hold
Seems like this company is understaffed, if they got more staff they wouldn't be this inefficient...
Just hire more people
