Please stagger into the 21st Century!

I have been informing you for many years that I would like to receive all my correspondence, including payment advices, by email and on 21 Aug 2018 I repeated my request to Samantha who promised to attend. But guess what? You still insist on using snail mail.

And so I ask you again to please only communicate with me by email.
