Payment of All lot shares

called their call center to claim payment of my shares as they we sold but was told to fill in a form which i did and post to them via registered mail to y surprises they claim to have not received and when ever you call them you get send from pillar to post and have to give so many forms recurred from you a joke is when they say they want a share certificate while its in their possession asked the Agent where must i collect same so that i can give it to him he did not even know their address.
