Pathetic Service
I recently contact this institution to update my records again. <br> I forward all requirements to the centre per certified mail.<br> Now I am getting an e-mail (as per my new e mail address) informing me to contact them again wrt new outstanding documents as they indicate that they do not correspond per e-mail. Why the at least not even mention what they are looking for as it take ages to get hold of them on the telephone. <br> They received a marriage certificate with this documents but even address their e-mail today to my per my previous surname.

Our email of 11 August 2015, requested that you provide us with a certified copy of your divorce decree. In the email, you were addressed by your new surname but the subject matter contained your previous surname since we had not been able to update our records because of the outstanding divorce decree.
As discussed on the telephone, as soon as we received the copy of your divorce decree, our records will be updated.
