Pathetic Computeshare

Good day, I am trying to sell my shares for the longest time and these people keep on giving me excuses about FICA. I have submitted to them several times original bank statemnts, original proof of accounts etc but continue to delay me. This is getting frustrating and when I spoke with a consultant this morning, he says rudely, they do not require original documents but certified documents which make no sense at all. Please sell my shares and pay me my money.
