Pathetic Attempt of a company with NO SERVICE

I have not had the misfortune of being exposed to these poor service levels ever!!!!!! An instruction was issued for shares to be purchased on the 24th of March. They conveniently overlooked the instruction and to date of this write-up have not processed the transaction. FOR ANYONE READING THIS - DO NOT EVER USE THEM
