Non-payment of dividends for 2013
I phoned Computershare last year because my Grand Parade Investment dividends for 2013 was not paid to me and was told to send a letter of instruction with banking details and supporting documents which I subsequently did (letter to Computershare dated 18 November 2014). I followed up with phone calls to Computershare in November and December last year and Jan/Feb 2015, but with no success. I send an email to Haley at the GPI Cape Town office on 19 February 2015 and my e-mail was passed on to Zena Bowman. I send another e-mail to Zena Bowman on 22 February as I have not heard from her and have neither heard from Zena nor received any feedback nor the dividend owed to me to this day.
