Non-existent, Worst, most Pathetic service ever

I placed a sell order on the 5th Aug. Today 12th Aug I have no idea, no way of knowing if my order was placed or what the status of this order is. Their web site is a pathetic lame excuse for a website. If you try call Investor Services *** no one ever answers. You can literally wait 15 minutes. Of all the emails I sent to *** only once did I get a return call after about 3 days of waiting. Their clients are people who trade shares. What kind of share dealing business would ever handle their clients like this ?! I work for a share trading business and I can tell you our clients are definitely not treated like this.

Stay clear of Compushare. Never have anything to do with them.
