Non existent service
If the system allowed a zero, I would have given them that. Their service is non-existing, and their web site does not work. I've been trying to change my banking details for the last 2 months, to no avail. If you want to change the details on line, you must wait for an activation code which is never send, and they do not answer the phone. Absolutely pathetic.
