No way to get hold of them and absolutely NO service

For 3 weeks now I have been trying to sell Sanlam shares without success. Computers hare does not answer any of their call center numbers. They just send a generic email with a list of documents to FICA the investor. I have resent these documents numerous times but for some reason they refuse to accept it and one cannot get hold of anyone to query why they are rejecting the documents. They are completely unhelpful and useless. When you send an email you get another automated generic email, that says they too busy or they don't respond to email queries.
