No response on POOR SERVICE

I wrote a review more than a week ago regarding the utterly poor service. I saw all the responses on the reviews written here, and was hoping that I will be contacted and assisted in resolving my query which has been ongoing for the last 18 months. But all these responses are just a front by Computershare which is computer generated with NO actual response. A clear sign that they don't really care about customer service. If you have a choice, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I have to say "Than You" to the head of the complainant department for contacting me shortly after placing this review.
My query has been addressed and sorted. I have also been assured that the proces regarding my compliment will he traced and any flaws rectified.
