I emailed Computershare two months ago with no reply thus far. I've given them the benefit of the doubt considering the festive period but with the magnitude of complaints on here regarding no replies and dismal help from call centers it seems this is just standard practice. I'm considering moving everything to another firm as I don't have time to chase things up via call centers and repetitive emails.
