NO REACTION FROM COMPUTERSHARE
We phoned the ComputerShare phone number and got only a message to send an e-mail. We send e-mail that we want to sell our Sanlam shares for the past 2 weeks, but with no reaction from ComputerShare. I phoned Sanlam head office this morning just to be told by a lady that Sanlam can not help me to sell my and my wifes Sanlam Shares. All ComputerShare offices are closed. No contact or anything from ComputerShare and Sanlam after e-mails on their websites or at '***.

In light of the national shutdown, our offices and walk-in centre closed and our call-centre representatives have been working remotely from home to assist shareholders.
However, while longer than normal delays may have occurred as a result, two weeks is certainly a long time.
