No idea how to SHARE

Its a wonder you guys are still in business! I have been holding on the phone for close to an hour now to speak to someone. I need to sell my shares, but I was told I am not FICA verified. So on the 5th of June I sent through all the requested paperwork. It is now the 17th of June and have I heard from anyone if I am now FICA'd? Not a peep. So seeing as I need to sell my shares, I go to the online portal to login and see if I am able to sell the shares. The dr.computershare.co.za website just throws errors the whole time, so no joy there either. What must I do to sell my damn shares?? Really!!!
