No answer and no email to make contact
<p>SANLAM sent me an email to say that I have dividends which are to be paid to me - U ********** 3354. SANLAM uses Computershare to manage this process.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been calling Computershare for more than 2 weeks and the phone is NEVER answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>How is one supposed to get hold of them if they dont even provide an email address as an alternative?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>SANLAM - this is shocking that you select a company to provide services who is worse than any government department when it comes to answering their phone.</p>
We do apologise that you were not able to get through to us because we have been experiencing higher than normal call volumes.
We are pleased to advise you that, subsequent to our telephone conversation, we have received your banking details which have been uploaded to our system. Your outstanding dividends have been requested and will be deposited into your bank account as soon as they have been processed.
