Late Estate - Updating of Records

<p> I have sent through all documents as requested by Computershare in order to update my father's profile as he passed away. The documents were hand delivered by RAM Couriers 25/04/2016 and was also signed by Mapule. It then takes 7-10 working days to update records. I then phoned on 10/05/2016 to follow up, surprise, they have no documents. Followed up again, 16/05/2016 - the docs were still not located. Phoned now again, it was escalated AGAIN, still no trace of my documents? Unacceptable. So how long will this now take??????</p>
