INCOMPETENCE

we have been trying for THREE YEARS for them to change something as simple as a postal code!!!<br> after receiving confirmation from Computershare in 2013 that it was changed, only to find out it hasn't!!!!! <br> Nobody seems to be able to help! I get passed from person to person, supervisor to supervisor!!! <br> Now I have to pay for them to resend my post AGAIN!!!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable!! How difficult is it to change 3 numbers on an address?? It is pathetic! <br> I do not recommend using this company AT ALL!!! Everybody working there is rude and unhelpful and ***********!
