Horrible service while trying to sell shares
Worst service ever!! 2nd time I have written a review about them. Impossible to get your money from them. Would suggest that you never use the business to trade shares with!!!!!
In order to sell your shares, your certificate needs to be dematerialised into Strate and held in a custody account with a CSDP. To open an account, you need to complete a custody and settlement agreement and provide us with FICA documentation and verification of your bank account together with the original share certificate. We recommend that you send the documents by registered post to ensure that your share certificate is not lost since its replacement will be a lengthy and costly process.
As soon as we receive your documentation, we will open an account for you and send your certificate to be dematerialised.
Once this process is complete, you will be free to sell your shares.
