Horrible service from customer care agents

I am really frustrated at this point I have been trying to get assistance from Monday I requested for a Venda speaking agent I was told I will get another call it’s Friday Today and I never received any call,I had to request a 3rd party to write this for me as I only speak Venda I am a 66year old pensioner who is trying to sell my shares, i tried to call back again got an agent that told me that they will not call back because they are inbound agents and they don’t call people back, i asked my daughter to assist in English but the agent refused and told her she will only speak to the shareholder in English,
