Helpful and efficient

Recently I made an inquiry at Computershare about a transaction they had made for a deceased relative seventeen years ago. I sent them a letter of authority from the High Court. When I called, Thabile was able to locate the letter from the court in thirty seconds, and she gave me the information that I needed. I then asked additional questions, and she said she'll get back to me. The next day she called me, twice (I had missed her first call), to give me this additional information. Remarkable.
