Hats off to Computershare

My first experience with contacting Computershare was totally unsatisfactory. I phoned again later and couldn't believe what I found. Unfortunately I didn't get the consultant's name, but she was calm, friendly and kind (a rare characteristic, especially to 80 year olds!). She phoned me back when I ran out of airtime and sorted everything out for me. Congratulations to Computershare for appointing such an excellent person.
