I have been battling for around one and a half weeks to get my banking details changed on the Computershare Investor Center and could not get it right. Eventually I phoned Vodacom to find out if they could help as it had to do with my shares in their company. They promptly transferred me to their contact at Computershare.

To get to Gizelle took a while as the contact details in the Chrome searches are very confusing and hard to get to the right website.
