Frustrating

When I called Computershare to access my information I was told that I dont sound like the shareholder. I was not asked any information or allowed to verify myself. I had been put through to the ***** department because of this, thats what I was told. What more can I do if I dont sound like myself. I even offered to get an affidavit from the police station to say that I am the shareholder. How will I access all the other shares in future as well? Kindly note we all are not **********. I am just trying to get what belongs to me. So my shares would stay with you guys for ever and I cannot access them. Really I dont understand this. If I new this would be so difficult no shares would have been purchased over the years or another medium of investing would have been used.
