FIKA PROBLEMS WITH COMPUTERSHARE

After weeks struggle forward and backward with ComputerShare a very nice lady contacted me and helped me to send all documents. At end it was ComputerShare that did not send me a Share certificate from 1998. After 6 weeks I could sell my shares. It is now 2 months that my wife and I stuggle with my wifes FIKA documents. We have e-mailed the documents multiple times to them. We send it also to the helpful lady. Every time I ask if she received the documents she reply No. It is as if she got word from management not to help further.
