FICA verification rejection with no reason.
Computershare rejects my FICA verification documents without any explanation!
I painstakingly accumulated the required FICA documents , had them certified and emailed them to the fica verification email address.
A few days later a get the same standard email with the word rejection in the subject. Why was it rejected? The documents seemed perfect to me.
As discussed with you on the telephone, your FICA documentation had been loaded onto our system but we did not have your completed and signed Custody and Settlement Agreement. Unfortunately, without the agreement, you were not able to trade your shares.
We have now received the agreement and your account is completely updated. We are pleased to advise that you may use either our telephone dealing service or our online trading platform to sell your shares.
