Fica Verification

I am struggling since 9th of April 2021 to fica verified my account I send so many documents and called weekly but every time it is the same story the documents is in the que for verification. Spoke to them 3 times today and everytime each one have a different story. The last person said she see all the documents is there it just needs to be updated. I want to sell my shares but I cant do it if the fica verification is not done. And this is taking almost a month now. This is the worst service
