FICA Verification

Really not impressed with the process involved in getting my account FICA verified. In a digital world during a pandemic, it's still expected to get hard copies of documents printed and verified. I now need to find a printer, stand in a queue to get documents certified and risk getting covid just so I can manage my account online. Surely there needs to be better processes put in place during this time. I also had to go through a FICA verification process with JSE Investor Services and it wasn't nearly as painful as this, I had no issues. All my documents got accepted. Do better.
