FICA nightmare

I have been trying to FICA my account for three months. I received only a couple of replies from Computershare stating that my account could not be FICA'd without explanation of why. When asked for reasons as to why my account cannot be FICA'd, I received no reply. Today I tried again to instigate the FICA process, yet my account got blocked. I had to phone twice to resolve the matter. I still have received no contact/communication from Computershare. Honestly, if you are looking for a company to be your investment partner, steer clear of Computershare.
