Fica Documents

For More than 2 years I have been trying to sell my Telkom Shares held by Computershare. Fica documents have been mailed by post more than once and NO response. Then on last Friday I decided to email the documents to [Email Removed] Received an email back that the documents was received and will be attended to. I also request to receive feedback once the system is updated NO response. Tuesday morning 22 December I phoned the call centre. NO they have not received the documents. Asked to speak to the complaints department. no reply from that section and eventually the call was dropped by your system. Phoned the complaints department on ***again and logged a compliant. The agent sound like he is busy falling asleep and I had to give my email address more than once as he continuously get it wrong. Computershare is definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
