FICA barriers and delays
I've been trying for 2 years to get my details updated with Computershare's FICA process in order to claim my dividends and sell my Sanlam shares.
It seems that Computershare's strategy is to add barriers, complications and delays to this process so that customers give up requesting payment of their dividends or cashing out their shares.
I will be referring this matter to the Financial Services Ombudsman.
