Excellent service by Makhosonke Maseko from Coputershare

I have send my documents to Computershare to sell my shares. I have spoken to various staff members after three weeks regarding the progress of selling the shares. They could not find the documents and thus it was not loaded on their system. The next time I have phoned, Mahosonke Maseko answered the phone. I was really upset to answer all the questions again, but he promised to assist me! He could find all documents on system! He promised to phone me back after a few hours, which he did! He explained the process and kept me updated daily which no one did before him! I want to thank Makhosonke for his excellent service.
