DIVIDENDS NOT PAID

I am having a pretty unsatisfactory experience with this company on the 23rd of October Dividends were paid out to share holders of Izindaba zabantu share scheme I waited until friday the 27th and called to enquire with the company I bought the shares with what is going on they could not assist and referred me to Computershare I emailed my statement as requested by the lady I spoke to and a on the 1st of October and 2 days later I got a call asking me to send an ID copy I did that, a business day later I tried to find out what the SLA would be on this query as my banking details never changed and no one can explain to me what is going on and how was I not paid my dividends that was the only time the person escalated the matter to Who ever who referred my query to who has still not responded to me until today I have not received any feedback.
