Dividend Payout

Good Day, My Name is Mthokozisi Gabriel Kubheka.<br> My mother was a shareholder at Computer-share. She is since then deceased. <br> I submitted all the required documents and was told to wait for 21 Days for the dividend payout.<br> I called few days later - I spoke to Thabile. She advised that a payout was made on the 29th March 2016.<br> She advised i need to wait for two days for the funds to clear.<br> <br> 3 Days later i call - I spoke to Shantel Wienaar, she advised that the money returned. She quoted amounts in 2015 to my surprise that was incorrect as i only app**** for estate late account now in 2016. She couldn't assist me. I then called my bank, they advised that the account is active and all was well on their side.<br> <br> I called again and spoke to Thabile. She advised the same. She couldn't explain what was the reason for the return. <br> I then requested to speak to manager. no manager was available. Thats shocking coming from a big company as Computer-share.<br> <br> I assume that someone didn't do their job.<br> I have waited for almost 30 days for dividend payout.<br> How long will it take if i sell the shares - 30 years?<br> <br> I want this to be speedily recovered and payout within 3 days, i also demand a formal ap
