Disgusting service costing me phone calls and wasting my time

I have been with Mr Lawrence Phika from the 26th of July trying to get my fathers Absa shares dematerialised. I have completed all documentation that was requested and we have sent the original share certificate which arrived on the 22 August.. The documents were signed by Mavis and this was on the 22 August 2018.I got no response from Mr Phika even though I sent him emails, I was told many days later that we did not send through the original share certificate even though we have. I even emailed Lawrence Phika on 21 August stating that the documents will be arriving on 22 August and even gave him the track and trace number. You can refer to the various recorded conversations that has taken place regarding E013080. It is not my problem if you go and look for documents which we posted many days later after it has arrived and then still tell us that we did not send it. Take accountability mr Phika, all the proof is in our emails and conversations. I also sent a complaint email on the 2 September requesting a team leader to address this mess but up to now got no response. Disgusting service!

All documentation received in our offices is recorded and scanned into our system. We have established that the original share certificate, without which we were not able to proceed, was not amongst the documents we received. We are pleased to have been able to accommodate your father's needs and look forward to receiving the relevant document from him.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance.

Kind regards

Computershare

"We have established that the original share certificate, without which we were not able to proceed, was not amongst the documents we received. " How do you intend on not making the same mistake twice, referring to Mr Phika letting me know almost TWO weeks AFTER I sent the documents, that the share certificate is in fact not there (according to you)? How do you intend on improving your feedback process to your clients? How do you ensure that you keep clients happy?
