On calling the Computershare centre this morning with what was just an annoying question from their side, I feel sure, I was delighted to receive the answers to my list of annoying questions with courtesy and confidence from a lovely helpful lady, Uphile. Thanks so much, my dear. Service and courtesy are uncommon these days, so much appreciated.
