continual bad service
Good day Compushare, I've had the most fustrating expierance from the 1st dec 2015, I can't bare to list everything because it wares me out trying to get thru to you people. Firstly you had no idea what was happening with my mtn shares, then finally somebody gave me infomation and said that investec have my shares,fair enough I called investec and they gave me instructions of which I did. Only to find that compushare actually do have something to do with my shares. In brief you guys are delayin my process because your company has to dematrialize my shares in order for investec to go ahead with selling my shares. Now I have written to your company,no reply, I call and get cut off.is there anybody there who is willing to take any ownership at compushare?

The vesting date for your shares was 1 December 2015. Investec has been appointed to assist participants and before we can accept its instruction sell or transfer your shares, we needed confirmation from MTN that you no longer work for the company.
We received confirmation from MTN this morning and are awaiting delivery of your share certificate and will transfer it to Investec on receipt. You will then be able to instruct Investec to sell or transfer your shares.
