Computershare's Charlie

I was assisted by Charlie Mosalo and in all my life, this has been the best service and assistance ever. He walked me through each screen very patiently until all share transactions done. Not once was he impatient. He new exactly how to explain to me on each screen what to do. He even diarised it and notified me a week later that the funds should be in my account next day.
