Computershare - ZERO Customer Service

I need to transfer shares that I have in a company from Computershare to another financial institution. On 4 October 2021, I submitted a completed withdrawal form , proof of payment for the transfer and a certified copy of my ID by email to Computershare to have this transfer done. On this day, I received an automated response acknowledging my email to Computershare. On 11 October 2021, I sent a follow up email to Computershare, as they had not done my transfer or bothered contacting me. To date, apart from the automated response, I have had Zero response from Computershare. The withdrawal form was completed exactly according to their requirement, and emailed to the address specified by Computershare. This total lack of customer service is absolutely pathetic in this day and age. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone, as they have proven to be UTTERLY USELESS.
