Computershare South Africa does not want SANLAM clients to contact them.
I am trying to update my banking details. Now stuck with 3 different sets of requirements and no one picks up a phone to help a customer. Call centres just drops the call. Way to go for treating SANLAM clients badly

Thank you to that one shining star in an otherwise dark morass of service failure. You help to restore the faith in humanity.
My banking details have now been updated and the paperwork is now in order.
I feel sorry for staff that have to carry the whole company because their colleagues does not do the work they have been appointed to do.
This was a one phone call issue that the call centre should have been able to deal with easily. In stead they did their utmost to avoid actually doing something.
Again, thank you to that one exceptional staff member that goes the extra mile. Please send me your boss' email so I can tell him/her what a great member of the team you are.
