Computershare shocking service
Computershare posted (via SA Post Office) two share certificates to me after Distell's delisting. They cannot provide me with a tracking no for the one and thevother tracking no does not exist on SA Post Office system. Now they want me to pay R288 and another amount of 2.5% of the value of the shares as insurance (!) to get the certificates re-issued AND they will post it again via the SA Post Office! The call centre agents cannot help. Why must I pay for something to be re-issued that I never received in the first place. Shocking lack of service.
