Computershare refusing to wire proceeds of my stock sale to me

I executed a stock sale in Computershare 3 weeks ago, and Computershare has not even started the process to wire the money over to me even though they have all my bank details and routing info. They have sent me zero correspondence and zero emails indicating what is going on, and when I call their customer support number, the agents are of absolutely no help. I have filed an SEC complaint, a BBB complaint, as well as a complaint with the company I work for, as these are my only other options.

I can only assume Computershare has ****** the money from my stock sale with no intention of giving me the proceeds. If your company uses Computershare as a stock plan custodian, please make sure to be very careful with executing any sales, as it seems Computershare doesn't care about you and will hold onto your money because they think they can get away with it.
