Computershare refusing to transfer Shares
All the requirement documents was posted, but Computershare still refuses to transfer the shares without an original certified copy of the death certificate. I explained to the call center that the original death certificate was given to the Master of the high court and I only have an certified copy of the death certificate' which I supp**** to Computershare. As discussed on the telephone, we were awaiting a second signature on the transfer form, the original share certificate and certified copies of the marriage and death certificates. As soon as we receive those, we will update the account and the transfer will take place.
